    These breeches run small
    , as my daughter wears a 24R is ovation and tuffrider, but these did not fit  I would say they are more like a 20R in US sizes. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  I am selling them rather returning them b/c the shipping back to England isn't worth it.
